After completing a master in computer science at the Technical University in Chemnitz, she joined Point Information Systems, initially as a consultant and later as manager of the professional services organization. When Clarify opened their Central European Office, she joined Clarify and established a technical pre-sales organization. After an MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management and an intermediate step at Target Partners, a venture capital company, she established a product management team for NXN, a provider of asset management software for computer graphic artists.
