Whether you are an experienced software developer or a recent university graduate, then we are looking for YOU!
We are looking for talented people who don't focus merely on code, architecture, or project management, but rather those who look beyond their individual tasks and take into consideration the project as a whole. We encourage teamwork at conject and most programming occurs in teams of two, in order to guarantee a quality product from the very beginning. We prefer proper programming to hacks or shortcuts and that's why we are looking for truly creative software developers.
