PropertyFile is an online platform for property documenation that includes the complete range of important documents – e.g. land register entries, official certificates of permission, rental contracts, insurance policies, property tax assessments or technical documents – and keeps them available in a central place for everyone involved internally and externally.

Have you ever worked with Windows? Then PropertyFile is like child play for you. Training is very seldom necessary.

SmartSearch™ – Find, don’t search.
Similar to using Google when you conduct a PropertyFile search you get a list of all the hits related to your search word. With the additional advantage that SmartSearch™ automatically sorts the according to relevance and shows the location.

E-Mail Gateway – Connect two worlds to make life easy.
The E-Mail Gateway lets you communicate with project participants who don’t use PropertyFile. The documents are transmitted as links that are referred to a central location on PropertyFile. In addition, you have access to all the message related functions. And you can save and file any property related e-mails there.

International – Any language you want.
Currently we are offering 18 different languages and are continuously expanding our language database. If the language you need is not yet available we will add it right away!
