New functionality in conjectPM
We continuously improve conjectPM and regularly release new features for you. Here you can read the release notes from the all of the recent conjectPM releases.

09.08.08 - Check of Drawing Names before upload!
From now on the drawing assistant checks before starting the upload process whether your drawings are in accordance with the drawing key and whether you have the appropriate permissions on the selected drawings. The upload screen enables you to see immediately which drawings cannot be uploaded. You can correct the drawings and add them again – alternatively, you start the upload process with the correct drawings and correct the other ones later.
09.08.2008 - Request a digital archive easily
Would you like to receive a complete copy of your project room contents on DVD or hard disk? Just select the participants in the project participants list for which you want to request an archive and click on "Archive". A conject consultant will contact you and check whether you are permitted to request an Archive for those participants.
09.07.2008 - Find conversations easier
conjectPM now offers to search conversations. Starting your search request you can find your search term within the sender, recipients, content, subject and category fields of conversations. It is also possible to limit your search to recipient or sender.
30.06.2008 - What´s New: Actions on documents are available directly
On "What´s New" site you can select functions for documents with the arrow in front of a document now, e.g. "Locate" .
25.05.2008 - Select participants and groups faster
Now you can select participants and groups faster in various places in conjectPM, such as when you select recipients for conversations or when you set permissions. First enter the name or the first few letters of the organization in the search field and the list of participants is reduced accordingly. This is especially helpful when there are many participants and groups in your project.
25.05.2008 - It's easiest in your own language: conjectPM now speaks 15 languages
The latest language editions are French, Romanian and Turkish. You can choose your preferred language in your personal profile. Just click on "Edit Personal Profile" on your start page. In addition to the three new languages, you can also manage your projects in English, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Dutch, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Czech.
16.04.08 - Download your Drawing Management rules
In Drawing Management you can now download your rule set - just open the Drawing Management Settings and click "Download rule set. You will get a zip-file which contains the XML definition and all blocks and rules.
New: Open your projects in Windows Explorer (Beta)
conject enables access to documents in conjectPM directly from within the Windows Explorer and from MS Office applications.
What does that mean for you?
Explorer Integration:
Now you can access project related documents directly within the Windows Explorer using web folders. You can either directly process those documents or easily copy those via "drag & drop" in to the required directory. When saving the document a new version is created automatically within the project room.
Documents now do not need to be down- and uploaded for modification. The document can be modified directly within the project room. No need to remember uploading the new version so it's available to everybody. Which operating systems support Web-Folders? MS Office Integration:
Opening and saving of MS office documents into the project room now works directly from within MS Office (or other applications which support WebDav or with Vista OS).
That the project room can seamlessly integrate into you daily work - the additional local storage of documents is not required anymore. Important documents cannot be overwritten or deleted accidentally, as a new version is created automatically when the document is saved.
Attention:
Beta Limitation: Automatic document saving in conjectPM only works when no required categories are used in your project.
13.03.08 - Open multiple windows in parallel
Now you can work on mulitple processes in parallel, This means you do not need to finish your current process in order to start a new task.
For example: you can look up something in document management while you are writing a conversation or editing a workflow. Also when you upload a document you can browse other applications.
The following windows can be opened in parallel:
- Create new / reply to / forward conversation
- Read conversation
- Start workflow / edit workflow step
- Upload document(s)
- Upload drawings
04.02.2008 - Fast Login! Browser remembers your login credentials!
If "Remember me on this computer" is activated, you don´t need to enter your username and password anymore. You will be automatically logged in next time you open conjectPM.
If you leave conjectPM by closing the web browser window (without "logout"), your login credentials remain saved. When you click on "logout" this setting will be deactivated and you have to login explicitly the next time you open conjectPM.
Please check the setting "Remember me on this computer" only, when it's your computer in order to avoid that another person logs in with your login credentials.
16.01.2008 - Fast access to conversation attachments
From now on you can already see the attachments of a conversation on the "Content" tab and download them with one click (only the first 9 attachments are shown).
