Every answer will generate a separate conversation in your mailbox, which will be reflected in your communication mailbox. Thus for every message you can see what was sent to whom, and when it was sent.

So far all contributions were concentrated in a single message. Nonetheless you can still see all conversations related to the same topic – click „Search for conversations on this topic“ in the header of the conversation.

A conversation shall not appear anymore in your mailbox – but you don‘t want to delete it completely? Now you can simply archive your conversations.

Mark your conversation and click on "Archive". You can always find these conversations in „Archived“ and you can – as usually – search through them easily. You can now organize your mailbox in a personalized way, as no conversation is deleted any more and can still be retrieved. Hint: conversations which were already deleted in the past are now again available in „Archived“!

By writing a conversation you can select recipients now much easier: in the content view you can directly select them within a alphabetical arranged selection list and add them with a click to the recipients field.

Futhermore you can look up contact details and group members for recipients and senders much faster. Click on them and you can see the contact data which where deposited by the participant in it´s profil:

You did not find a document within your folder structure? Just type in your search term in the search field. It doesn’t matter if you’re searching for a title, contents, author or properties of a document or folder. conjectPM will find what you’re looking for.

In the search results, your search term is highlighted. This way, you can immediately see if your term was found inside the category, description, key words, or content.

The most relevant results are at the top of the list. For example, if your search term was found in the document name as opposed to the document content, the document is considered more relevant for the search.

Below every search result you can see the path where the document can be found. Just click on this path and you’ll jump to the appropriate folder.

Regardless of how you enter your search term, conjectPM will find for German and English
… Singular and plural occurrences
… Past and future tense
… your search term as part of a longer word.

If your search returns too many results, you can narrow it down by searching within a defined date range.

You can upload several large files with multiupload in conjectPM – which is nothing new! This is now working for slow network connections more reliably than before. If the connection is interrupted during the transfer conjectPM continues the upload process as soon as the connection is reestablished. Furthermore, the progress bar now reflects more accurately which amount of data has already been uploaded.

From now on the drawing assistant checks before starting the upload process whether your drawings are in accordance with the drawing key and whether you have the appropriate permissions on the selected drawings. The upload screen enables you to see immediately which drawings cannot be uploaded. You can correct the drawings and add them again – alternatively, you start the upload process with the correct drawings and correct the other ones later.

Would you like to receive a complete copy of your project room contents on DVD or hard disk? Just select the participants in the project participants list for which you want to request an archive and click on "Archive". A conject consultant will contact you and check whether you are permitted to request an Archive for those participants.

conjectPM now offers to search conversations. Starting your search request you can find your search term within the sender, recipients, content, subject and category fields of conversations. It is also possible to limit your search to recipient or sender.

On "What´s New" site you can select functions for documents with the arrow in front of a document now, e.g. "Locate" .

Now you can select participants and groups faster in various places in conjectPM, such as when you select recipients for conversations or when you set permissions. First enter the name or the first few letters of the organization in the search field and the list of participants is reduced accordingly. This is especially helpful when there are many participants and groups in your project.

The latest language editions are French, Romanian and Turkish. You can choose your preferred language in your personal profile. Just click on "Edit Personal Profile" on your start page. In addition to the three new languages, you can also manage your projects in English, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Dutch, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Czech.

In Drawing Management you can now download your rule set - just open the Drawing Management Settings and click "Download rule set. You will get a zip-file which contains the XML definition and all blocks and rules.
