Potential Error Messages while while uploading drawings to conjectPM
Note
When uploading drawings to the project space you can view a protocol containing the results of the upload.
If the message "Error during process!" is shown after the upload process, please click on "Show results" to get more information about the faulty upload. All possible error messages are described in this chapter of the FAQ and directions for fixing the errors are given.
If you cannot fix the error by yourself, please contact our Support Team. To do so, click on "Email results" and forward the protocol to support©conject.com. We will contact you immediately.
Which error message have you received?
Invalid block value in file
While uploading drawings, you receive the error message "Invalid block value in file".
Blocks are segments of a drawing code or of a drawing name which are divided by a so-called separator, for example "_" or "-", and describe the contents of a drawing in the form of abbreviations.
The block containing an invalid parameter will be marked in red in the result protocol. For example, this can be a parameter for a non-existent part of the construction or a floor.
Please check the file name of the drawing in question using the drawing code and, if necessary, contact our Support Team.
Separator not found at specified position
While creating drawings, you receive the error message "Separator not found at specified position".
The drawing code and/or drawing name consists of various blocks (abbreviations to denote, for example, the facility, the storey, etc.), which are divided by a separator (e.g., "_" or "-") for legibility purposes. Every separator has its precisely defined place in the drawing code. While naming the file according to the drawing code, either a block was omitted or entered in the wrong length of characters. As a result, a separator was shifted to the wrong spot in the drawing name. Please check the file name of the drawing in question again using the drawing code.
Please be sure to name all blocks and use the length of characters stated in the drawing code. If necessary, contact our Support Team.
Same status already exists for this revision
While creating drawings, you receive the error message "Same status already exists for this revision".
You are attempting to create a status which already exists for the index selected. Please check the indexes already assigned and the corresponding status of the drawing. Mark the drawing in question and open its "Properties" with the wrench symbol in the toolbar of Drawing Management.
Select a free index or status and upload the drawing again. If necessary, contact our Support Team.
Required capability not available
While creating drawings, you receive the error message "Required capability not available".
You are attempting to create a status to which you have no authorization. Depending on the definition of the Drawing Management, a company carrying out a project, for example, may not assign the status "Approved". This is usually reserved for architects, planners or test engineers.
Please verify the status you have used. If it is indeed correct and you are authorized to create this status, then please contact our Support Team.
No permission on this path
While creating plans, you receive the error message "No permission on this path".
Certain blocks of the drawing code (e.g., the abbreviation for the author or the planning phase) determine where the file is to be stored in the Project space. Your drawing is supposed to be stored in a folder in which you are not authorized to create drawings. A possible cause for this is, for example, that the block value you have entered is not valid for that author or that planning phase. The Drawing Assistant is trying to file the drawing in the folder belonging to this author or this planning phase, which is not possible due to the lack of authorization.
Please check the file name of the drawing in question again and, if necessary, contact our Support Team.
Tree path not exists
While creating drawings, you receive the error message "Tree path not exists".
Certain blocks of the drawing code and/or of the drawing name (e.g. the abbreviation for the author or the planning phase) determine where a drawing is to be filed in the Project Space. This message means that the place where the drawing is to be filed, indicated in the drawing code, does not exist in the Project Space. Please check the file name of the drawing in question again using the drawing code and, if necessary, contact our Support Team.
