You, alone, determine the access rights of all project participants. As the administrator, you assign permissions and, thus, safeguard access to all project data. Rights to edit documents and folders are possible on either an individual or group basis.

All actions - for example: Download, open the document, Upload of a new version, copy, relocate, etc. - will documented completely and comprehensible with an timestamp.

File versions cannot be deleted, which thus guarantees revision-proof project documentation.

Find documents in the virtual Project Space using a Full-text Search for the file name or text content - you will even find scanned documents via OCR (Optical Character Recognition).

You can save valuable time with a text search particularly for contract awards and searching in request for bids for certain construction services.

Don't miss a thing! Progression entries ensure seamless and comprehensive project documentation of all events. From the project-development phase, through the first building plans and on to real estate maintenance management.

You can automatically notify all or selected project participants of a new or edited document in the Project Space.

Assign status symbols for various statuses, for example you can view the current status of every single drawing version using stoplight symbols in Drawing Management. Newer versions, or approved versions are easy to recognize and older documents can be stored permanently.

All documents in the virtual Project Space can be linked to one another regardless of where they are stored. Thus, all project participants can see at first glance which data and information belong together.

Avoid simultaneous editing of a document by activating the check-out function. For example, a building plan or other document cannot be edited by several project participants at the same time.

Edit your documents online directly on your "virtual hard drive" - without needing to save the project data extra on your local hard drive. It is, of course, also possible to download the data at any time, however.

Using WebDav you can access the Project Space from your "network environment" in Windows File Browser or the Apple File Explorer. WebDav access allows you to work conveniently and to manage your digital documents easily.

Define your preferred views in the Project Space by dynamically grouping documents based on multiple categorizations. When storing your documents and using them again at a later time, you will find your way around again quickly in your digital construction file.

Compare several drawings at the same time with the integrated Online Viewer.All common file formats, such as MS-Office applications, Acrobat PDF and all relevant formats for plans and drawings, are supported!
