Platform integration
Start your Online Meeting directly from conjectPM. Using your contact list in the conject Messenger, you can invite other project participants with just a few mouse clicks. You don't have to exit the platform and register in a different program.
All available functions at a glance
You can control your Online Meeting easily and conveniently using a movable control panel. All functions can be displayed quickly in a compact view. During an Online Meeting you can carry out all functions with just a few mouse clicks and without any delay for the participants.
Application selection
Start the viewer in conjectPM or your CAD program and enable only the current program window for the Online Meeting. As a result, you will be able to see all of your applications while participants may only view the enabled program window.
Transfer control
Does a colleague, connected via the Internet, need control of the mouse pointer to mark or change the document you have opened? With one click of your mouse, your colleague can do just that! During an Online Meeting you can also allow participants to show their own screen instead of your own. As a result, all participants can make presentations themselves but, as the moderator, you retain control.
Decide who participates
A PIN established for each Online Meeting guarantees that only invited participants have access to the conference. You can view a list of who is currently taking part in your Online Meeting. In addition, you can determine with one click whether or not a listed participant may see the transmitted view.
Feedback monitor
So that you can control at all times what the participants of your Online Meeting are actually viewing, the application shows you, as moderator, a miniature view of the transmitted display. This function helps you make sure that the participants are viewing the correct content.
Whiteboard
Wouldn't you sometimes just like to take a big felt-tip pen and mark a part of the scanned-in drawing you're discussing in an Online Meeting? With the whiteboard function you can mark up any open window which, of course, can also be viewed and marked up by the other participants as well. You can then take a snapshot and store the image of the display when you're finished.
