The version of the Java Runtime Environment (Java Software) of Sun Microsystems Inc., which is installed on your computer does not support all functionalities of pm. (version 1.4.2). With this version the usage of the Viewer is not available.
You can use pm. without having Java installed on your computer. But we recommend to install a current Java version (version 1.6 or higher) of Sun Microsystems Inc. to be able to use our comfort functions. If you are not allowed to do any installations on your computer, please ask your system administrator.

If a Toolbar from Google, Yahoo, MSN, Norton Antivirus or another company is installed for your Internet Explorer, it could happen that another pop-up blocker is enabled.
Minor resolutions will cause faulty display of the user interface.
For an optimal usage of pm. we recommend a screen resolution of at least 1280 x 768 pixels.
