Currently you can attach files from hard disk to your message – selecting them one by one. Now you have also the possibility to select a bunch of files at once. For uploading files there is a button “From hard disk” in navigation, by clicking on which you’ll find a dropdown with two options: “Single file” or “Multiple files” upload.

With the help of filters you can easily gain a good overview of certain drawing, e.g. "Show me all floor plans". Till now you could only use your own filters. But often many participants need the same type of drawing, so we added the possibility for administrators to set-up and publish filters for their user.

You can now define time period as filter for searching messages and activities.

Every day you send and get different messages with attached drawings and you want to check if there are more of the same type in the list of drawings. Now it's very simple. Click on the Locate Function of the according drawing and conjectPMpm. is an internet-based project space connecting project managers, architects, investors and all other participants of a construction project. will show you the corresponding section of the Drawing Management.

In this case the message itself often serves as cover letter and informs the recipients about the attached documents and, if necessary, what needs to be done with these. As of now, when writing a message, you directly see the attached drawings and documents within the same window – so you don’t need to switch between two tabs any more. Thus you can always have an eye on what you need or want to refer to.

Within the tables of documents, the filenames already give you information about the respective documents. Unfortunately this doesn’t work for photos as they don’t contain textual information and the filenames are often quite cryptic. Thus you need to take a look at the photo itself. To solve this problem, we now show you thumbnails of all photos directly within the tables of documents for all JPG files.

Start a new activity and inform the recipient within your message until when you need a response.



Messages or activities with a target date will be indicated in the list view by a red flag. Move your mouse cursor over the red flag to see the applied date. You can use the view filter “Response required” to display only messages with target dates.



When reading a message you will see the required response date displayed in the header section.

Save even more time while distributing your drawings: as soon as you upload your drawings into the project space, you can directly send these drawings and a message to a selected group of recipients.

Not all attachments send via or received by the project space are necessarily filed within the folder tree or the drawing management. The reason might be the enormous amount of messages that are received every day. Or the fact that attachments send via the project space have been uploaded from a hard disk and not immediately filed by the sender.
Find all attachments that are not filed by using the new filter within the communication:

The filter shows all messages containing non filed attachments.
When you click on the message, the attachments can be filed as usual.

You are looking for a message and want to know where to find it in the folder tree? And you are also interested in the other information that has been filed in connection with the topic of the message? No problem. Type in a search term and find the link to the message within the folder tree.

It might happen that you send a message to a cPM-e-mail address by mistake, as the autocomplete of your email client offers this address when it was used before.



As this address cannot be assigned to a specific project, you received a reply from cPM telling that your email could not be delivered so far. This has changed: the message will be forwarded to the email address that is specified in the user‘s/recipients personal profile. You will be informed that your message has been forwarded.

thus you can also see, who has received the latest version.
By clicking on the subject line of a message you can access the related conversation.

See the status of a message by clicking on the envelope sign within the message and directly see who has read it.

• File also from the message view (so far it was only possible from the activities view)

• See the status “filed”
  

• File a message at multiple locations

• Copy or move an already filed message in the folder tree

• File a message of an activity with several already filed message to the same folder:

How to Access messages in the folder tree?

You decide which activities you want to file in a folder and who else should have access to it.
