is a partner of conject. He started his career 1992 with Deutsche Post in IT Logistics. In 1996 he changed the consulting subsidiary for special enterprise projects. In 2000 he co-founded conject with focus on product development and then went on to expand consulting in 2001. Starting from 2003, Mr. Weiss concentrated on business development focusing on large enterprise customers in the domestic German and European Real Estate markets. In 2005 he was one of the first to spur on conject’s increasing internationalization beyond Europe’s borders and became acquainted in particular with the real estate market in the Middle East, above all in the UAE. He then began to expand conject’s presence in Dubai. Since 2009 he has been responsible for business development in Austria, Eastern Europe and the Russian Federation.
