Requests for Quotes (eRFQ) / Bids carried out in the virtual Project Space

- Then please click on the activation link contained in the e-mail you have received from us. You will be directed to our logion page.
- After entering your user name and your password, you will be taken directly to the desired request for bids. If you are not yet a registered user, then please register here first.
- Alternatively, if you are already in the Project Space, you can enter the invitation code on the right side at "Received an Invitation". After confirming your entry with "OK", you will be directed to the desired request for bids.
- Access the request for bids with "Open" in the toolbar.
- A new window will open. In the "Download attachments" tab, you can access the request for bids documentation.
- Select the corresponding files and download them to your local system with "Download". Alternatively, you can save all the documentation with "Download all attachments as zip".

Note: The invitation code is valid only one time and expires like a TAN number.

- Sign in on www.conject.com with your user name and password.´
- You will be directed to the Start Page. There, click on the "My bids" tab.
- There you will find a list with all your requests for bids.
- Access the request for bids with "Open" in the toolbar.
- A new window will open. In the "Download attachments" tab, you can access the request for bids documentation.
- Select the corresponding files and with "Download" download them to your PC. Alternatively, you can save all documentation with "Download all attachments as zip".

You would like to submit an offer for a request for bids?
- Sign in on www.conject.com with your user name and password. If you are not yet a registered user, then please register first here.
- You will be directed to the Start Page. There, click on the "My bids" tab.
- There you will find a list with all your requests for bids.
- Select the desired bid and open it with "Open" in the toolbar.
- In the following window, select "Create/Update offer".
- In the "Offer details" tab, enter the net sum of your offer.
- In the "Attachments" tab, add each of the required files, such as D84 files and correspondence with "Add Attachment".
- Complete the procedure with "Save" and confirm the transmission to the awarding authority.
You would like to rescind your offer?
- Sign in on www.conject.com with your user name and password.
- You will be directed to the Start Page. There, click on the "My bids" tab.
- There you will find a list with all your requests for bids.
- Select the desired bid and open it with "Open" in the toolbar.
- In the following window, go to the "My Offer" tab and press the "Withdraw offer" button. You will receive a security prompt which you should please confirm with "OK". Now your offer is no longer visible to you or the awarding authority.
You would like to revise your bid?
- Sign in on www.conject.com with your user name and password.
- You will be directed to the Start Page. There, click on the "My bids" tab.
- There you will find a list with all your requests for bids.
- Select the desired bid and open it with "Open" in the toolbar.
- In the following window, select "Create/Update offer".
- In the "Offer details" tab, revise the net sum of your offer.
- In the "Attachments" tab, edit the required files, such as D84 files and correspondence.
- Complete the procedure with "Save" and confirm the transmission to the awarding authority.
How can I initiate a request for bids digitally with conjectPM?
The Request for Bids application must be activated in the projects. Please get in touch with your Sales consultants.
Does conject also offer public requests for bids?
conject does not offer public requests for bids. At the moment, only restricted requests for bids are offered.
