• I have received an e-mail inviting me to a project! How do I become a project participant now?
• My access code from the invitation e-mail was not accepted!
• I would like to become a project participant but did not receive an invitation e-mail yet!
• I cannot login to conjectPM!
• I can't remember my username!
• I would like to change my username or password!
• I would like to invite a new participant and/or new subcontractor to a project!
• I have received an invitation to participate in a request for bids!
• You would like to set up your own project?
• I would like to end my participation in a project!

You need to register as an user of conjectPM if you want to become a participant of a project.

This is your first invitation to conjectPM and you are not a registered user yet?

1. Click on the activation link contained in the e-mail. This link is highlighted by two dashed lines and contains the access code to the project as combination of letters and digits.
2. Now the login page to conjectPM opens. Click on the orange coloured "Register" button to create a new cost free account.
3. During registration you create your own username and password.
4. For a manual with detailed instructions click here.
5. Following the registration you will be logged in to conjectPM automatically and find your project from now on always under "My projects".
6. Click on the project name to enter the project.
7. From now do NOT use the activation link to login to conjectPM. To login go to www.conject.com.

You are a registered user and already have a username and password for conjectPM?

1. Click on the activation link contained in the e-mail. This link is highlighted by two dashed lines and contains the access code to the project as combination of letters and digits.
2. Now the login page to conjectPM opens. Enter your username and password and click on "Login".
3. Find your project from now on always under "My projects".
4. Click on the project name to enter the project.
5. From now do NOT use the activation link to login to conjectPM. To login go to www.conject.com.

Alternatively to click on the activation link you can use the access code to the project contained in the e-mail. After your login to conjectPM enter this code on the right side at "Received an invitation?" and confirm with "OK". Your project now always appears under "My projects".

Note: The access code / activation link is only once valid and expires like a TAN number. Therefore you do not need the invitation for later logins any longer and you can from now on login with your username and password on www.conject.com.

Manual Registration and access to projects

There are two possible reasons why this happened:

The access code has already been used

Check first whether the project to which you were invited appears in the list under "My projects" on the start page after the login.

In case of requests for bid, check this by clicking on the "My bids" tab on the start page after the login.

Check whether a colleague has already used the access code. This can happen if the invitation was send to a e-mail address which can be accessed by several people who thus can use the access code /activation link.

You have entered the invitation code incorrectly

This can happen if do not use the activation link but typed in the access code manually. To avoid that, use the activation link contained in the invitation e-mail or copy the access code with "Ctrl and C" and paste it in with "Ctrl and V". Be sure to avoid blank spaces at the end of the access code.

Note: If your project or request for bids is already shown on the start page after the login, you do not need to use the access code / activation link again - this is valid only one time and expires like a TAN number. From now on login with your username and password on www.conject.com.

If neither is the case, either call the administrator of the project or our Support Team.

A colleague of yours is already a participant in the project?

If a colleague is already a participant of a project then he can send your e-mail address in a message via the project space to the administrators group of the corresponding project. A member of this group will invite you and assign you the necessary permissions.

Your company is a new member of the project?

Contact the project head or your client. They will arrange an invitation for you.

Your username is a confidential information. For security reasons we are not allowed to tell you your username on the telephone.

Please do not forget to add your Name and telephone numer. After receiving the fax replay we promptly contact you and tell you your username.

No problem. Regular changes to your user credentials increase the level of your personal security.

1. Login to conject.com with your username and password.
2. On the start page under "My profile" on the right side click on "Edit personal profile" .
3. On the "General" tab you can change your password and your username.
4. Click on "Save" to apply your changes.

Please contact the project head or the administrators group of conjectPM via conversation. They will arrange an invitation for you.

Requests for Bids and Contract Awards

If you already subscribed to the PM Professional Package you can unlimitedly create new projects any time. Just click on "Create new project" on the start page of conjectPM and follow the instructions of the project-wizzard.

Note: Choose the "Demoprojekt" and get a test project with a prepared structure and documents quick and easily.

If you did not subscribe to the PM Professional Package yet and want to create new projects, contact our Sales Consultants - we are happy to make you an offer and to advise you.

Note: Under "My Membership" on the right side of the start page you can see your subscribed packages and modules.

In order to end your participation in a project, notify the respective project administrator with a message in the project space. Please inform the administration to which project participant you would like to transfer your object permissions.
